DISCREET SHIPPING
Rest assured that neither the courier nor anyone associated with the delivery of the parcel is aware of its contents or origin. All packages are discreetly labelled with no reference to Buy Sex Toys. The return address on the packaging is shown as BST. You have nothing to worry about!
The parcel is packaged to prevent discovery of the contents by interpretation (such as trying to feel the packaging). It will arrive in a standard Australia Post Express courier bag or Parcel box. In the event the courier is unable to deliver to the address supplied, the parcel may be collected from your nearest Australia Post store!
REGISTRATION DETAILS
When you register with us your details will never be passed to a third party and are only used by us for the purpose of delivering your order.
When you proceed to checkout you will be given the option to either create an account or not to create an account. An account will allow you to log in to view the status of your order. If you choose not to create an account your order will still be processed, the only difference is that you wont be able to log back in to view your order status.
If you choose to create an account you have the ability to use any username and password you like. At no point are you required to register an email address or phone number, these registration details are optional to protect your privacy.
Privacy, security and discretion are the fabric of our business! We will never under any circumstances release your personal details, ordering information or any other collected data to any third party whatsoever. This includes our suppliers, contractors, affiliates, partners or anyone else.
We don't even keep your personal information - Once your order is shipped, we keep the information for 5 weeks to allow for any customer service or product enquiries that may result. After that time it is automatically overwritten with "x's". All employees at Buy Sex Toys have signed a confidentiality agreement that restricts them discussing with any person any order information or customer details.
With regards to unsolicited emails from us, please note that this will not happen! When you place an order, we request the minimum personal details necessary to deliver the product including delivery address, contact name and an email address (optional) for order status updates. If you provide an email address, we will only send an email strictly to communicate the status of the order, and for other order specific customer service tasks.
